At VeriSync Solutions LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for our AI automation services.
1. Project Deposits and Initial Payments
Due to the custom nature of AI automation development, strategy, consulting, and implementation services, initial deposits and payments made for work already started may be non-refundable.
2. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Eligible customers may request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date if they are not satisfied with our service.
Refund eligibility will be reviewed based on the work completed, project milestones achieved, resources allocated, and any delivered digital assets or custom solutions.
3. Completed Services
Services that have been fully delivered, completed, approved, or deployed may not be eligible for a refund.
4. Subscription Services
Any recurring subscription services may be canceled at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically provide refunds for previous charges unless otherwise required by law.
5. Refund Process
To request a refund, customers must contact us with their order details, reason for the request, and relevant project information. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method when possible.
